When 75W BP solar panels are connected in parallel, their currents sum dont. Why?
Start with a dry cell. A single cell creates an electrical pressure (1.5 volts) similar to water pressure. The cell will provide a certain amount of current in a circuit in terms of resistance total (ohms) of the circuit (like a tube with a butterfly valve). If two cells are placed in series, each one increases the pressure (1.5 + 1.5 = 3 volts), which double in progress at the same circuit. If two cells are placed at the same time they produce only 1.5 volts of pressure, but will last twice as long as a single cell. Similarly, two 75W solar panels in parallel produce the same voltage as a single panel and the current depend on the total circuit resistance. The two panels in parallel can produce twice the power, if the resistance is reduced by half. The bulbs of the headlights must be accompanied by (strength) with the number of cells in the flashlight or dimly lit bulb or burn out.
